Born and raised in Greenwood, MS, Jamal Rashad always felt there was more to the world than what the eye could see. His pursuit of the vision led him to places like the deserts of California, the ports of South Korea, and even the top of Mt. Fuji. Now, he lives in Orlando, FL, focusing on bringing his visions to life through poetre and film. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Entertainment, a Bachelor of Science in Digital Arts and Design, a Master of Fine Arts in Film Production, and a penchant for immersive storytelling, Rashad is determined to help his audience see the world as he does.
